2. Service Delivery & Operating Hours

• Manual Fulfillment: Orders are processed manually. While we strive for instant delivery, please allow up to 30 minutes for your data or code to arrive.
• Operating Hours: Our standard processing hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Orders placed overnight will be fulfilled the next morning.
• Delays: Network downtime may cause unavoidable delays. In such cases, your order will be processed as soon as the network is restored.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, we strictly adhere to the following refund policies:

• Wrong Numbers: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct Mobile Money or WhatsApp number. We cannot reverse data sent to a wrong number provided by you. No refunds will be issued in this instance.
• Vouchers: Once a Gift Card or Voucher code has been sent to you, it cannot be returned or refunded, as we cannot verify if it has been used.
• Failed Transactions: If you are charged but do not receive your product within 24 hours due to a system error on our end, a full refund will be issued.

When purchasing Gift Cards (e.g., Google Play, PlayStation, Netflix):

• You acknowledge that some codes are Region Locked (e.g., US Only).
• It is your responsibility to ensure your account matches the region of the card you are buying.
• We are not liable if a valid code fails to redeem because your account is in the wrong country.

The "DataExpress Cinema" and "TV" sections serve as a content aggregation service.

• We do not host, upload, or own the video files displayed.
• All videos are embedded from third-party platforms and are subject to their respective licenses and terms.
• If you are a copyright owner and wish for your content to be removed from our index, please contact the hosting platform (YouTube) directly or email us to remove the embed link.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details or Mobile Money info. By paying, you authorize us to debit the specified amount for the selected service.
